SPR# IKHN6UALRN - Execbin is a lightweight version of startup. The exec argument vector construction method did not preserve the distinction between spaces used as argument separators and spaces as part of pathnames. In this case, the argument list is a fixed number and each added argument can be quoted and handed to the command being 'exec'd.
